Fisher
Ridge is nestled in the mountains of beautiful, scenic Western
North Carolina. It has the privacy yet is only a few miles
from the small town of Maggie Valley. Fisher Ridge is
within fifteen minutes of Interstate 40 and only a short drive
to Waynesville, Lake Junaluska, Asheville, and Cherokee, North
Carolina. This new development is just a couple of miles
from the Blue Ridge Parkway and encompassed by the Great Smoky
Mountains.

Travel Interstate 40 to Exit 20. Continue 5.7 miles south on
US 276. At traffic light turn right on to US 19 South. You have
entered the city limits of Maggie Valley. Stay on US 19 South
for 4.0 Miles. Turn left on Campbell Creek Road, just before
the Maggie Valley Methodist Church. Turn left at first intersection
on Johnson Branch Road and take first right on to Caldwell Drive.
Go .08 mile to the entrance of Fisher Ridge on the right.
